RULES & REGULATIONS

• Identity card is compulsory to enter the library.
• Library will be opened from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (During Examination up to 7:00 PM)
• All students admitted to the college are entitled to collect the library card.
• If the original library card is lost, a duplicate card can be issued on request along with a fine of Rs. 200/-.
• All those entering the library must enter their name in the logbook kept at the entrance.
• Each library card entitles the user to borrow only two books at a time.
• The borrowed books can be kept for a maximum period of seven days only.
• If the borrowed books are not returned before the due date, a fine of Rs. 3/- per day per book will be charged.
• Books can be borrowed from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM only.
• Reference books cannot be borrowed; they can only be used in the reading room.
• Mobiles should be kept on silent or switched off while in the library.
• Personal belongings should be kept outside the library.
• Silence should be maintained while in the library.
• The student is responsible for double the cost of books in case of loss.
• Sleeping in the library is strictly prohibited.

Any improvement, suggestions, or complaints are to be suggested to the librarian as and when required.
