Objective
1. Institution should be able to receive and dispose of the grievances online.
2. Institutes should ensure publicity/awareness of the establishment of Grievance Redress Mechanism/Students Grievances Portal.
3. Institute should send monthly status report of Grievances received with their compliances.
4. All Grievances should solve in college level then and then only it will be consider as your online grievances cell working properly.
5. All the Grievances and its Redressal status reports will be verified by MHRD/ AICTE/UGC/University/State and central Government.
6. At the time of renewal of their permission/approval every year institute need to produce the performance of Grievance Redress Mechanism.

Disposal of Grievances
- The departmental level grievances are attended by the concerned class Coordinators, Counselors and Department Heads.
- The student coordinators and staff coordinators of grievance redressal cell act as facilitators to communicate and sort out the grievances at the department level.\
- Respective Institute Grievance Redressal Committee’s members are responsible disposal of grievances. Members need to report to chairman of committee every month.
Procedure
1. Visit College website http://parikramapolytechnic.com/onlinegrievanceredressal/
2. On Front page Click on Click Here Link.
3. Fill the on line Grievance form.
5. Click on Send Button.
6. Also send one hard copy through post to concerned institute.
7. Incomplete application will not be considered for redressed.
